Members can cancel their membership anytime.

Our registered members are entitled for their card at no cost after their registration.

They will receive it once they complete their 14 days of cooling period after registration.

Members can use it in any online or offline shop affiliated with Winngoo

The membership card is not transferable.

Winngoo will send their discount card to their house by post.

Members must immediately send an email to customerservices@winngoo.com

Members can get discounts in any online or offline shop affiliated with Winngoo.

Members can get cashback in any online shop affiliated with Winngoo.

The cashback will be transferred to our members’ bank account.

Members can get vouchers in any online shop affiliated with Winngoo.

It is the cash amount members can earn when referring people to Winngoo.

You can refer as many people as you want because it is unlimited.

The referral cash back will be transferred into their bank account.

Once their referral becomes a Winngoo member, they will get their cashback.

Our merchants decide the discount to our members.

Merchants will be listed under a category on our platform, so members can be directed to them when entering their location. Also, merchants will receive a window sticker to stick at their store entrance, so members can recognise them as Winngoo merchants.
